Typical gains are 5-6+ PSI more boost pressure and 350-400 more RPMs over the OEM supercharger wheel. Maximum boost output is 24+ PSI. On our test craft we achieved 24 PSI at only 9200 RPM. This impeller is capable of producing more than 400 Horsepower!

The Fizzle R7 has a championship pedigree, with first place offshore endurance race victories in the Asian Cup and in the King's Cup Championship Finale in Thailand. This design maximizes efficiency in order to produce major performance benefits without causing a spike in intake air temperatures compared to the OEM supercharger impeller.
Tune files for the Fizzle R7 impeller are available through the Riva Maptuner Tuning Library. Tune files are also available for the HPTuners platform through Chris JR Performance.

Includes required matching supercharger shaft. This supercharger impeller is a drop-in fit to the OEM Sea-Doo 325 supercharger housing, meaning there is no machining needed for the front or rear housing.
Weighing in at less than 80 grams, this lightweight and precision machined billet aluminum supercharger packs a big punch! Each impeller is put through intense precision quality control processing before leaving the production line - including high speed balancing, bore diameter verification to insane tolerances (less than .0001") and digital surface scanning for variances.
While the new supercharger shaft material has been optimized for increased torsional strength compared to the OEM shaft, the shaft is not indestructible. For this reason, we recommend this impeller upgrade only for competition use, with the understanding that there is no warranty expressed or implied on the impeller, shaft, or any other supercharger or engine components related to the watercraft.

The front housing is custom ported for extra air flow too!
The Fizzle 80/145 Supercharger will max out at more than 26 PSI at 9500+ RPM. This supercharger is the same design used to capture numerous Hydrodrags Championship titles!
Our patented supercharger impeller design (Patent # US D1,034,697 S) features aggressive blade geometry combined with an integrated supercharger impeller nut and raised center section for the ultimate experience in acceleration, boost, and top speed gains! The integrated nut also reduces the weight of the rotating mass by eliminating the OEM steel shaft nut. Less rotating mass is a massive benefit for the longevity of the supercharger clutch.

This is a replacement ceramic ball bearing for 300 HP Sea-Doo Superchargers. Each supercharger uses 2 bearings total. These components are genuine parts for Sea-Doo directly from BRP/Rotax. Sea-Doo superchargers operate in a high RPM environment that puts stress on the bearings over time. We recommend replacing the bearings on a regular service interval of a minimum of every 2 years or 100 hours, whichever comes first, to promote longevity and reduce the risk of bearing failure.

This is a set of 5 heavy duty spring washers for 2004-2025 215, 230, 255 & 260 HP Sea-Doo PWC & Jet Boat models. The washers are designed to achieve a higher supercharger slip tension than is possible with the OEM spring washer set, which is required when running an upgraded high boost supercharger wheel.
