This unit allows you to remove the iBR actuator setup without experiencing check engine/fault mode as a result. This is useful in racing applications where you need to a run custom jet pump or nozzle setup or remove the heavy iBR actuator for weight savings. It is also useful for engine transplant applications where the Sea-Doo powerplant and electronics are transferred into a custom hull (mini boats etc.) and it's not feasible to mount and run the iBR setup on the new hull.

Use this TiAL 50mm blow off valve to relieve excess pressure during off-throttle situations to reduce supercharger clutch and gear wear. Reduce heat soak by releasing unused air in the charge tube. The body and all internal components are CNC-machined from 6061 aluminum alloy. Securely mounts with a V-Band clamp design. Valve seal utilizes a Viton O-ring that is clamped in place for maximum durability. Valve stem and guide are Teflon-lubricated and hard anodize-coated for wear resistance. The JP Racing oil catch can eliminates power-robbing blow by fumes and oil vapor from your engine's air intake tract. Also improves intercooler efficiency by preventing an oil sludge coating that saturates the inside of the intercooler. Excess oil vapor is routed to our stainless steel catch can where it collects for draining via petcock valve. The JP Racing catch cans are hand made in the USA!
*Make sure your oil level isn't overfilled. This will cause Excess crank case pressure, this will fill the oil catch can and may spill oil over into the hull. Keep oil level just under the top bend of your oil stick.
Check and drain during your service interval. We recommend 25 hours.

This Intake manifold brace girdle provides heavy duty reinforcement to the intake manifold by giving it added strength that allows it to hold up to higher boost pressures and prevent the intake manifold from splitting at the seam. This part does not require any drilling or cutting of the intake manifold. This brace fits all supercharged Sea-Doo watercraft and we consider it a must-have item for any Sea-Doo 300 and a great precautionary measure for any modified Sea-Doo pushing more than 13 PSI of boost.

Let your engine breathe better! This kit allows you to easily remove the restrictive filter element from inside the intake manifold. Removing the restriction increases horsepower and allows for gains of ~1 PSI of boost pressure. Included is a cutting guide for the required 3-1/8” (79mm) hole saw that’s needed to remove the filter element (hole saw sold separately). The void left by the filter element is filled with the provided precision machined billet aluminum block-off plug with o-ring seals and also includes a 2-piece billet aluminum clamp to secure the block-off plug in place. The block-off plug also features a 1/8” NPT threaded port that allows you to connect a vacuum line to work with a wide array of accessories such as blow off valves, boost gauges, or rising rate fuel pressure regulators. All the aluminum components are anodized for increased corrosion protection.

Increase speed and achieve a drier ride by raising the bow of your watercraft with this 2 degree pump wedge. The extra angle creates more lift in the hull and less drag, which typically increases top speed by around 1-2 MPH. This pump wedge is machined from billet aluminum and is anodized for increased corrosion protection. It has easy installation as the wedge fits directly between where the venturi nozzle bolts to the jet pump housing.

This is a replacement ceramic ball bearing for 300 HP Sea-Doo Superchargers. Each supercharger uses 2 bearings total. These components are genuine parts for Sea-Doo directly from BRP/Rotax. Sea-Doo superchargers operate in a high RPM environment that puts stress on the bearings over time. We recommend replacing the bearings on a regular service interval of a minimum of every 2 years or 100 hours, whichever comes first, to promote longevity and reduce the risk of bearing failure.

This blow off valve block-off kit includes an aluminum block-off plate, o-ring, and v-band clamp. It’s used to cover and seal off the 50mm blow off valve flange in the event that you decide to not use a blow off valve on your setup. This block-off kit is compatible with the 50mm flange that is included with certain Fizzle products, such as the Fizzle Yamaha Intercooler Kits and select Fizzle blow off valve kits for Sea-Doo and Yamaha.

This is a set of 5 heavy duty spring washers for 2004-2023 215, 230, 255 & 260 HP Sea-Doo PWC & Jet Boat models. The washers are designed to achieve a higher supercharger slip tension than is possible with the OEM spring washer set, which is required when running an upgraded high boost supercharger wheel.

This is a set of two supercharger shims (0.2mm thick) to fit 2004-2023 215, 230, 255 & 260 HP Sea-Doo PWC & Jet Boat models. The shims are used to achieve a higher slip tension when fine tuning your supercharger clutch setting.
