Ribbon Delete Kit (IMUK) for Sea-Doo 325/300/230 DDR Sea-Doo Intake Manifold Brace Girdle Riva Sea-Doo 1503/1630 Valve Spring Compression Tool
Let your engine breathe better! This kit allows you to easily remove the restrictive filter element from inside the intake manifold. Removing the restriction increases horsepower and allows for gains of ~1 PSI of boost pressure. Included is a cutting guide for the required 3-1/8” (79mm) hole saw that’s needed to remove the filter element (hole saw sold separately). The void left by the filter element is filled with the provided precision machined billet aluminum block-off plug with o-ring seals and also includes a 2-piece billet aluminum clamp to secure the block-off plug in place. The block-off plug also features a 1/8” NPT threaded port that allows you to connect a vacuum line to work with a wide array of accessories such as blow off valves, boost gauges, or rising rate fuel pressure regulators. All the aluminum components are anodized for increased corrosion protection.

Fits all Sea-Doo 325, 300, and 230 HP watercraft
This Intake manifold brace girdle provides heavy duty reinforcement to the intake manifold by giving it added strength that allows it to hold up to higher boost pressures and prevent the intake manifold from splitting at the seam. This part does not require any drilling or cutting of the intake manifold. This brace fits all supercharged Sea-Doo watercraft and we consider it a must-have item for any Sea-Doo 300 and a great precautionary measure for any modified Sea-Doo pushing more than 13 PSI of boost. The RIVA overhead Valve Compression Tool allows easy removal of valve springs and keepers without removing cylinder head. Includes compression adapter to pressurize cylinder keeping valves in place during removal of stock springs and keepers. For use with all Sea-Doo 4-TEC 1503 and 1630 ACE engines.

This CNC machined long runner manifold is designed for a massive increase in acceleration and top speed gains on highly modified supercharged or turbo Sea-Doo. In our personal testing this manifold gained 3 MPH and shaved more than a half second off of our 0-85 MPH times!
