Fizzle Blow Off Valve Block-Off Kit for 50mm Flange Fizzle Sea-Doo 300 Intercooler Tubing Upgrade Kit for BOV Fizzle Sea-Doo 325 Intercooler Tubing Upgrade Kit
This blow off valve block-off kit includes an aluminum block-off plate, o-ring, and v-band clamp. It’s used to cover and seal off the 50mm blow off valve flange in the event that you decide to not use a blow off valve on your setup. This block-off kit is compatible with the 50mm flange that is included with certain Fizzle products, such as the Fizzle Yamaha Intercooler Kits and select Fizzle blow off valve kits for Sea-Doo and Yamaha.
Applications: All years Sea-Doo 300 and 2018+ 230 HP watercraft
  • Add your 50mm TiAL/Turbosmart Style or 35mm HKS Style blow off valve to reduce back pressure on the supercharger wheel.
  • Replace the stock rubber intercooler hoses that are prone to becoming soft and weak, leading to premature failure.
  • Heavy duty 5-ply silicone construction with internal metal reinforcement. Includes high quality marine grade SS316 hose clamps.
